("Unit," "we," "us" or "our") processes personal information that we collect through the GTV platform and any of our digital and online properties or services that link to this Privacy Policy (including as applicable, our website, web application, subscription platform, electronic communications, and social media pages) as well as our marketing activities and other activities described in this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Service").
Some of our Services are designed for enterprise customers and their representatives. If you are accessing the Services through your employer in your professional capacity (a "B2B User"), we treat all of your personal information as pertaining to you in your capacity as representative of the relevant enterprise and not your individual capacity. Alternatively, individuals who access the Service outside of an enterprise agreement and for personal, family or household purposes are "B2C Users." Unless otherwise noted below, this Privacy Policy covers our B2B Users and B2C Users.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the inputs, context, and content that our business customers provide or make available to the Service ("B2B Customer Content"). We process B2B Customer Content on behalf of our enterprise customers while providing services to them. Our use of B2B Customer Content is governed by our agreements with such customers. If you have questions regarding your personal information that we process on behalf of our enterprise customers, please direct your concerns to the enterprise customer with which you have a relationship. For B2B Users, this Privacy Policy covers our interactions with you outside of the GTV platform (e.g., customer service support) and information about your access and usage of the Services, which is not B2B Customer Content.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to our job applicants, employees, independent contractors or other personnel.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Services.
