ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is expected when you use Unit's Services, including GTV, and is hereby incorporated into Unit's Terms of Service available at https://getgtv.com/terms ("Terms of Service").
Our goal is to enable ambitious, responsible creativity with AI. By using the Services, you agree to follow these guidelines so we can keep the platform safe, fair, and reliable for everyone. In accordance with the Terms of Service, Unit reserves its right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy. Any capitalized terms used but not defined in this Acceptable Use Policy will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.
Using the Services Responsibly
You are responsible for your Inputs, how you direct GTV, and how you use any Outputs. Please review Outputs carefully before using or sharing them, and make sure you have the necessary permissions for any Content you upload, incorporate, or publish.
Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use the Services to do any of the following:

Illegal Activities. Violate any applicable national, federal, state, local or international law or regulation, including export, sanctions, or election laws.

Hateful or Harassing Content. Generate or distribute content that attacks, demeans, or excludes people based on protected characteristics, or that promotes extremist or violent ideologies. Harassment, threats, and incitements to violence are not allowed.

Exploitation. Create or promote the exploitation of any person or group.

Sexual Content Involving Minors or Young-looking Persons. Upload or generate sexual or nudity content involving minors or persons who appear underage. This includes sexualized depictions, animations, and synthetic media.

Non-Consensual or Exploitative Sexual Content. Upload or generate pornographic deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content designed to exploit or degrade others.

Dangerous or Unlawful Activities. Seek, share, or generate content that meaningfully facilitates wrongdoing, including making weapons, evading law enforcement, planning harm, or bypassing safety systems. Content that meaningfully facilitates illegal distribution of copyrighted works or circumvention of access controls is also prohibited.

Misinformation and Deceptive Practices. Use the Services to generate or spread intentionally deceptive or materially misleading content, including fabricated news, false claims about real‑world events, or impersonations of people or organizations. Do not use the Services to conduct covert influence, manipulate civic processes, or mislead voters.

Impersonation and Undisclosed Synthetic Media. Misrepresent that AI-generated content is authentic media of a real person or event. If your content is synthetic or materially edited, you must clearly and prominently disclose it when there's a reasonable chance viewers could be misled. Do not use the Services to impersonate individuals or brands without consent.

Automated Decision Making. Fully automated decision making that adversely impacts an individual's legal rights or otherwise creates or modifies a binding, enforceable obligation.

Professional Advice: Engage in activities that may significantly affect the wellbeing of others, such as providing medical, legal or other professional advice, without seeking input from a licensed professional.

Privacy Violations and Sensitive Data. Collect, upload, or generate content that includes sensitive personal information (such as financial, health data (including protected health information), biometric, or government ID numbers (e.g. social security numbers)). Do not attempt to identify or track individuals in images or video, perform facial recognition, or infer sensitive attributes about a person.

Intellectual Property Infringement. Upload or generate content that infringes others' rights, including copyrights, trademarks, publicity, or privacy rights. Only use third-party materials you have rights to use, and respect licenses and attribution requirements.

Spam, Fraud, and Platform Abuse. Send unsolicited or bulk messages, manipulate engagement, run scams, or conduct deceptive commercial practices. Do not use the Services to create fake accounts or to game recommendation systems or analytics.

Security Violations and Interference. Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services; bypass or disable safety features or content filters; overload or disrupt our systems; scrape data without permission; or attempt to access the Services through unapproved means.

Reverse Engineering or Competitive Misuse. Attempt to discover source code, underlying models, or system architecture; build a competing model or service used in the Services, including training a third party model with Outputs; or benchmark, analyze, or publish performance results in a way that violates our terms.

Circumventing Usage Limits. Evade usage controls, quotas, or rate limits, including by rotating accounts, tokens, or tools to avoid technical restrictions (such as jailbreaking).

Deepfakes. Do not generate deepfakes of real people without their express, informed consent. This includes voice cloning or look-alike content designed to pass as authentic.

Misleading Logos. Do not add misleading logos, watermarks, or metadata suggesting authenticity or endorsement by someone who did not authorize the content.

Biometrics/Surveillance. Do not attempt biometric identification, emotion recognition, or persistent surveillance of individuals in content.
Third-Party Services and Publishing
If you connect Third-Party Services or publish content generated by GTV to external platforms, you are responsible for complying with those Third-Party Services' terms and community standards, as well as all applicable laws and this Acceptable Use Policy.
Reporting and Enforcement
If you see content or behavior that may violate this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it through any in‑product reporting tools or at support@unit.inc. We may review reported content and activity and take appropriate action, which can include removing content, limiting features, suspending or terminating access, and contacting relevant authorities where required.
Updates
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by the "Last Modified" date above. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Acceptable Use Policy.
